How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Will my items be sent in one package?

REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

Всё сделано качественно, упаковка на уровне. Выставил в винде на 100%, в самом микрофоне примерно на 20%, положил его под монитор, поиграл в Варфейс, говорят, что слышно идеально (без шумов и фона). Потом поставлю его на триноги и уберу в левую часть стола. Поролонку сделаю сам, из того, что лежали в коробке с микрофоном,. Если бы продавец в комплект добавил поролонку, то было бы круто. Можно было ещё добавить кнопку "mute" на сам микрофон. Потом скачаю Аудасити, там вобще можно всё идеально настроить.

The product come right, unfortunatelly the package come a little crumpled. Fortunatelly the product is working and looks okay. I am happy with this product. PS: There is in English translation in the manual, and it suggests to enter in some links to better comprehension. It was only plug-and-play the install in my Windows 10 Home.

Se você for gravar, sugiro usar o Audacity, que é bem compatível com o Fifine K669. Chegou em 28 dias no interior do Pará. Recomendo manter o volume físico do microfone no máximo e controlar usando o mixer do seu PC. Uso para trabalhar e para jogar com o Discord. Pra quem usava o mic da Webcam foi uma grande evolução. Deixou meu setup um pouco mais bonito.

Приобрела товар по рекомендациям друзей. Парень сказал, что наконец спустя год может со мной поговорить. Звук хороший при разговоре, но музыкальный инструмент не очень ловит, надеюсь это просто я в настройках плохо пошарилась и это недоразумение подправлю. Вышел небольшой конфуз с доставкой, задержалась и потерялась, но продавец все объяснил и был терпелив ко мне, за что я ему благодарна. Упакован микрофон был надежно, не мятая коробочка, все целое.
